The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family trip to explore the sights of New York City. The room size was great, and the location was excellent, making it easy for us to walk to attractions like Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with outstanding amenities such as the spa center and exquisite private facilities. the service was impeccable and the public terrace offered breathtaking views of the city. the location was perfect, being only minutes from multiple attractions.

A minor issue with the room, the air conditioning was quite loud. this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxury and comfort of the stay at this hotel.

It was definitely 5 stars for me: location and staff were good. Just a 15-minute walk away there was 5th Avenue-53rd Street subway station.

I recently stayed at The Benjamin and absolutely loved it! My stay was for a week-long business trip and the hotel was perfect for my needs. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The decor was elegant and calming, creating a wonderful home away from home ambiance. I also appreciated the nearby subway station and 24-hour pharmacy. it was a fantastic experience.

Well, the room really should be cleaned.

The property was very pet-friendly, with a dog bed provided in the room. The hotel had a unique "Pillow Menu" and a great bar serving good drinks. The location was convenient, with easy access to stores, coffee shops, attractions, and restaurants.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

Clean and upscale place with accommodating staff. The food was great, excellent service. We had a quiet room with a separate bedroom.

The room was impeccable and functional, cordial staff. I had quick lunch at Ess-a-Bagel, located short walk from the hotel. Good service too.

Outstanding hotel, all of the staff were beautiful and responsive, brilliant location near to subway station.

The whole place was clean, I truly enjoyed it, and had very good staff and location. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a separate bedroom and ample terrace and king bed. The total experience was excellent, I would recomand.

Rooms feature quality linens, robes, and mini kitchen with a great selection of coffee and snacks. Friendly staff and doormen, especially Jonathan. Enjoyed brunch at The National. Gym and spa facilities available. Prime location with comfortable and spacious rooms.

Disappointing arrival. You have to pay an extra charge for a room on the first floor (from the 15th floor): account debited but it was necessary to claim because the allocated room was on the 8th floor. And forgot to give the Wifi code.

The Classic bldg at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta is a hidden gem in midtown NYC. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a women traveling alone. The staff is friendly, helpful, and make you feel right at home. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, and being a native New Yorker, it truly embodies the essence of NYC. The connected National Restaurant is top-notch, although a bit pricey. a great choice for a New York hotel experience.

During my recent visit to NYC, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The Benjamin provided me with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's location, just two blocks from the subway, made it convenient for exploring the city. The highlight of my stay was the really good customer service I received from the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and were very good too ensure my needs were met. The Benjamin knows how to make their guests feel welcome and appreciated.

The hotel had a prime location in midtown with everything from great restaurants to Central Park conveniently located nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. the automatic main doors made entering and exiting the hotel with full hands a breeze.

The one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. Although the bathroom was small, it had a nice marble finish. Our room had a lovely little balcony. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.

We had an amazing time exploring Manhattan from our base near Grand Central Station. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to Broadway shows and popular Midtown attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and the breakfast options were delicious. We were also impressed by the facilities and room advantages, such as the attentive service and helpful recommendations from Elias.

There was some confusion regarding the room temperature during our stay. It took a while to get the temperature under control, but once we notified the staff, they were quick to remedy the situation.

The constant noise from sirens due to the hotel's proximity to a police and fire department. this is to be expected in Midtown Manhattan.

Prime location, the staff was accommodating and the rooms were luxurious. The view from my room was marvellous! Beds were uncomfortable, nonetheless it was truly a fun stay. Also, the hotel had quick access to an Art Deco skyscraper.
